Is it some kind of agreement for the purchase?

In any case, you should check the text carefully.
Many manufacturers put their claims on the legality of their products to sell.
Words are important when it comes to the law.
"Highway" has a variety of definitions, .....

State of residence and size of the engine from? Scoot Coupes are the engines of 150cc with road legal too small engine. When Dune Buggy is the engine of similar size, is one reason. The maximum speed under 20 km / h based on federal law continue, perhaps? Back to the streets is legal, but legal name under the highway 20 mph in agricultural use, industrial use, without the necessary safety belts / seats, but not legal for highway air bags, and so forth. More info "Looks like you have a small toy engine rated ATV / recreational use and not for use in road legal cars.

This depends usually on the local laws. You should probably question your local DMV office.

What "other than highways and roads, probably because the vehicle is not configured to hold the speed for any period of time. Perhaps because of the tires installed, fainting, poor preparation, lack of security, etc., or a combination thereof.

In the first place and a poster that said that he was driven at highway speeds and the road is not on the street does not provide legal certainty, only for their inability to persuade them to speed

but rather, just because your state of a road vehicle must take legal counsel on roads and highways because of the speed, all other things were needed, Street Legal is required from each route to n "in any speed so do not believe that the fenderless Why no legal consequences for roads and highways, but is still legal in the slower speeds

that a legal road must have brake lights, headlights, seat belts and a horn. is not on the highway, be approved because of the tires, wheel bearings, the lack of windscreen and body pannles possibly others.
